Does anyone have a recipe using oxtail soup please in a casserole. Thanks heaps.

brown off your meat and onions. Add to that, your soup mix, tomato sauce, soy and whist sauces, malt vinegar (2 Tbspn), herbs like bay leaves, garlic, veggies (like carrots and swede then add softer ones later like cabbage, pumpkin etc) s and p to taste, vegemite. Thicken towards end of cooking.

I just put veges ,meat , oxtail soup into crockpot and boy this is so yummy,have even used oxtail in to pork casserole,and that is good to, Eveo

500g of casserole meat -i just use gravy beef-1tbsp flour-2tbs brown sugar-1tsp each of ginger and cinnamon -1/2tsp curry powder put all of this over meat and mix well-sprinkle the oxtail soup over top then add 2 tbsp tomatoe sauce mixed in 11/2 cups of water-mix well-bake slow for 2 to 3 hours 150c -this is so yummy - i hope you like it.

you can order oxtails from your butcher they cost about $9 in waipawa central hawks bay
