Large Beef Casserole recipe

This casserole is to feed around 25. I have looked at upsizing a small recipe but sometimes it is a bit of ahit and miss if it works. So, has anyone got a really nice recipe that they have used to share?

Swiss Steak - serves 25

3 kg lean blade steak diced
Marinade:
125 ml dry sherry
1 Tbsp each ground ginger, curry powder, mixed spice & dry mustard
200 ml tomato sauce
125 ml vinegar

Mix the marinade ingredients together then marinate the meat in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
When ready to cook add 750 ml of water & cook for 2. 5 to 3 hours at 160.
Mix 6 Tbsp flour with water & add to casserole to thicken and cook for 20 minutes until thickened.

Thanks nanaseel. Guess you could add onions and carrots to that?

You could add any vegetables you want and make it a one pot meal if you like. That was just to give you basic quantities for 25.
