This casserole is to feed around 25. I have looked at upsizing a small recipe but sometimes it is a bit of ahit and miss if it works. So, has anyone got a really nice recipe that they have used to share?

Swiss Steak - serves 25
3 kg lean blade steak diced Marinade: 125 ml dry sherry 1 Tbsp each ground ginger, curry powder, mixed spice & dry mustard 200 ml tomato sauce 125 ml vinegar
Mix the marinade ingredients together then marinate the meat in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight. When ready to cook add 750 ml of water & cook for 2. 5 to 3 hours at 160. Mix 6 Tbsp flour with water & add to casserole to thicken and cook for 20 minutes until thickened.

You could add any vegetables you want and make it a one pot meal if you like. That was just to give you basic quantities for 25.
