I have literally tried hundreds of recipes over the years, but have yet too find a recipe that tastes yummy, the meat is lovely and tender but the taste is nothing to rave about. Any simple recipes that has great flavour that you can share!

I always prefer my beef casserole actually "casseroled" in the oven.It never seems quite right done in the slow cooker.

Have you tried adding a pkt of maggi onion soup mix, a tin of mushroom soup, and 1/4 c water. yummy. Also I like the maggi beef strangnoff mix, adding onion and mushrooms and sour cream.
