Has someone got a failproof recipe for me please. Want to turn yesterdays casserole into a pie for tonights tea.
I have a kitchen whizz. If that makes things easier.

Someone more experienced will probably tell you later on, but I have used the Puff Pastry recipe from Edmonds
225gr flour
225gr butter
1/4tsp salt
1tsp lemon juice (I didnt add)
cold water to mix to a very stiff dough
Sift flour & salt. Chop in the butter with two knives. Add water & lemon juice gradually, mixing to a stiff dough. Roll out about1/4 inch thick, keeping the ends square & the sides even.
Fold pastry by bringing side edges to the middle, then the top & bottom edges to the middle. Fold in half & press edges together. When rolling out the next time give pastry ahalf turn. Roll out & repeat folding process.
Allow pastryto stand (covered) in a cold place for at least anhour beforeusing.
Bake 10 - 20 mins @ 230 or until golden brown.
