Almond Pastry for gluten free

I have used this pastry formaking flan shells.

1 cup ground almonds
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
enough honey to sweeten crust.(You could use sugar or sugar substitute I guess)

Mix ingredients together until they form a ball which should have a little moisture to it but no liquid. You can add more almonds if necessary
You can taste it to make sure there is some sweetness and a hint of cinnamon and butter.
Smooth pieces of dough into pie tin with fingers until crust is made
Bake at 160 until just turning a slight golden colour watch it as honey tends to make baking burn easily.
