Could make cents? Organic and free range hens meat and joints are tougher because of exercise.

there is a thin layer under the shell that you need to carefully remove when peeling, but then you knew that didn't you?

Its a good trick to do for the kids!

Maybe some of the folk making hard work of peeling are attempting to keep that layer intact??Now that would be tricky ;)

Nope, lol!Our hens are happy as... free ranging and much loved, very tame. The eggs are ALWAYS fresh, so are really hard to peel.I keep forgetting to put some aside to 'age' them for a week or more so I can peel them!I NEVER had a problem peeling shop-bought "free range" or barn eggs.

I tried the blowing trick in #1 video. The shell didn't exactly erupt off the egg, and it took several tries. Lots of fun!

Haha Dazz, you tried it! So did I and it took a LOT of puff. But then Tim Ferriss is an athlete no doubt has a mighty set of lungs. I like the thought of doing it as a party trick, it would really separate the fit from the unfit.

Edited to correct typo. Can't be doing with typos.
