I have just made some from a recipe posted here a few weeks ago. This the recipe I used.
1 packet of cake mix
1/3 tin condensed milk
1/3 cup golden syrup
any fruit nuts or chocolate chips
add 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup raisins for oat and raisin cookies
Mix together until combined, roll into balls and flatten onto greased trays
cook at 180 deg for 10 mins
Move to cooling tray will still hot.

I would check them after 8 mins as I over browned my first batch by leaving them in for 10 mins.

I looked for the frozen cookie dough that came in sandcastle sized buckets. However Pak n Save only had Mrs Higgins pre made frozen dough all ready to just pop the little balls of dough into the oven.Ea pack has enough for 16 cookies.I need to make a lot more so thanks for your suggestions!
