Anyone have a recipe for making cookies using only oats flour (planning to ground the oats manually) and egg whites, and without dairy products (milk, butter etc)?

There is a recipe called coconut whiskers - one of Alison Holst's - made with coconut, sugar and egg whites - maybe you could sub. oats. I'm sure you'll find the recipe on the web somewhere (its dairy and wheat free).
