I am wanting to ice some cupcakes to look like this:

However, i think i need to purchase a bigger icing bag / nozzle... as my nozzles are all a smaller size which doesnt give the same effect
Can anyone point me in the direction of an auction for a good quality set in the size i would need?
TIA

Buy a set from the supermarket, you will find the disposable icing bags have three nozzles in with the bags, as far as nozzles go they are fine. I used to make my own, they are easy to make. Same as the icing bags, I made heaps used sail cloth, lined them with large plastic bags. They were far the most reliable. Threw the plastic bag out, washed the sail cloth outers. We had red sail cloth for meat products, yellow for cream, green for choux pastry, white for icings and meringues. Dare anyone get caught with the wrong bag. lol.
