I follow my receipe to a T but my cupcakes always turn out dry, I set the the oven 150 and cook for 15mins, have tried other receipes but same thing.

The most likely reason I can think of is that you're cooking them for too long - ovens vary vastly and temperature/time isn't the best gauge of when they're done. Try gently pressing on the cake when they look cooked - for a normal cake it will spring back when pressed. If you test by putting a skewer in, instead of waiting for it to be clean take them out when there are still a few moist crumbs.

Once cooked, dry cake can often be redeemed by making a sugar syrup (can be flavoured to add depth of flavour too if you like) and drenching the cake. :-)

Hope this helps a little!

Try another recipe.I have purchased bought cupcakes and they are often dry yet ones I make myself never are.I would say its probably the recipe rather than your baking skills.
