recipe you have to make a dish out of these,im not a sausage fan, so need some idea's please tia

I've just prepared sausages. Cooked them, cut them half way through lengthways. Filled with mash potato mixed with grated cheese, put tomato slices on top, will reheat. Not complicated but nice.

We buy Our Pork Suasages from New World. They make their own Pork & Beef ones.

serve in a gravy with fried onions. add a can of tomatoes, onion, apples, herbs, garlic, mushrooms etc and serve with mashed or boiled spuds.

Open them up and make a large sausage roll (sausage en croute).Add a diced onionthat has been cooked but not browned,some grated apple, an egg white, plenty of sage, some soft breadcrumbs and season well.I like to make them with the pastry plaited over the top but that's not necessary.Glaze with an egg yolk wash and sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds or whatever you like.
