I just put as much sugar as I have passion-fruit pulp into a jug( equal measurement).Stir every time you pass in the next 24 hours. Then measure quantity and to every cup, add 1 crushed aspirin. Stir well.Pour into bottles and this keeps for several years!

I freeze the pulp in ice-block trays and then shake the cubes out into a plastic bag and return it to the freezer.

You can freeze them - just chuck them in a bag whole and they will freeze. You can just pull them out as you need them and use the pulp.

I take out the pulp and freeze in plastic jars. You can sit the frozen jar in a jug of boiling water to defrost as much as you need and then return to the freezer.

So far so good for the freezers. Does anyone here make syrup or cordial with them? What strength do you recommend?
