Have just got some out for tea. Off to the supermarket today so can grab anything really. Would prefer to not have it as a streak unless filled with something? etc ideas pleeease

brown mushrooms diced, fine cut spring onions, cream cheese and some blue vein cheese.. little white pepper and mix altogether well... slice open the steak and fill cavity..add a few slices of mushroom.. pin together with half wet toothpicks... nice mushroom sauce with parsley , peri peri and red wine poured over the top... honey glazed carrots with toasted sesame and boiled spuds put through potato ricer and par cooked peas and a tbsp of whole grain mustard folded through...
