Hi, i made some but with snitzel.. I put some mushroom and onion and chilli sauce on the snitzel then rolled up and wrapped around bacon, cooked for about an hour on low (approx 110) they turned out great and Hubby loved them, not to sure about the time for fillet size but good luck and hopefully someone else might know a little more.. Enjoy your night.:)

I have also done this with cheese, pork fillet wrapped in bacon, enjoyed by everyone!
