Tim Tam Cheesecake Balls
2 packets of Tim Tams
250g cream cheese
100g milk chocolate, melted
Place Tim Tams in a food processor. Process until crushed. Add in cream cheese and process until combined. Roll tablespoons into balls and arrange on a tray lined with baking paper. Place in fridge for around 30 mins or until set. Drizzle with melted chocolate and place in fridge to set.
