Salt & vinegar chips 🍟
Ingredients:
▪️ 300g potatoes
▪️ 1 tsp olive oil / spray oil
▪️ 1/2 tsp salt
▪️ 1 tsp white vinegar, optional
Method:
1. Cut potatoes into thin slices (or use a mandolin).
2. Place in a bowl of ice cold water and soak for 10 mins. Drain and pat the potatoes completely dry.
3. Toss in olive oil, salt and vinegar. Place in the air fryer in a single layer (don’t let them overlap).
4. Air fry at 200°C for 10 mins or until golden, flip halfway (check on them often so they don’t burn!). Allow to cool to crisp up.
