HELP my fish rows just exploded sausage size fish rows just fell apart in the frying pan, dusted them in flour and boom they fell apart, what method would you recommend to cook these, I have fried smaller ones up no problems but the bigger they are they tend to break up! |

Can I use normal cream insted of double cream! Would like to make a lemon tart and the recipe for the filling says 250ml double cream. Am I able to use the normal cream insted! Thanks :) |
