Butterfinger Protein Bars 🍫

5 ingredient homemade candy bars, no bake, gf, df & refined sugar free πŸ˜‹ If you love peanut butter & chocolate then you have to try these!!

1 1/2 cups corn flakes 100g
1/4 cup peanut butter or vanilla protein (I use @macr0mike, discount code: amb-Miranda) 30g
1/2 cup peanut butter / biscoff 110g
1/2 rice malt syrup / honey 110g
100g chocolate, melted

1. Place cornflakes in a plastic bag and crush into small pieces. Set aside.
2. Melt peanut butter and syrup together in a microwave safe bowl or saucepan over medium heat.
3. Stir in crushed corn flakes and protein powder. Press mixture into a silicone mould or lined baking dish. Freeze for 30 mins until set/firm.
4. Coat in melted chocolate using 2 forks. Place on baking paper and refrigerate or freeze until chocolate has set.

Tip: If using maple syrup, add 1 tbs coconut oil as it’s not as sticky as rice malt or honey.

If making them gluten free, make sure to use gf corn flakes & peanut butter because biscoff isn’t gf.
