Aloo Cheese Sandwich
1) In a pan heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds
2) Stir fry Onion. Add boiled and mashed potatao
3) Add pinch of Turmeric power, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Black salt. Mix everything well
4) Finish off with coriander leaves
5) Now spread Mayonnaise on bread slices
6) Evenly spread the Aloo masala
7) Top it with cheese slice
8) Spread green chutney on another bread slice
9) Apply butter and toast the sandwiches on both the sides
10) Serve with ketchup and Enjoy!
