midwitch. . made the peanut butter biscuits and it's the easiest recipe that I've ever made. I'm not that much of a peanut butter person, but these biscuits have converted me! I've even emailed the recipe to my sister overseas!

This may be boring, but my kids adore my home made bread rolls. I usually make enough for a couple of weeks worth and my 16 year old took a bag to a sleep over last night. They get stuffed with all sorts of things, or taken plain to school. I use the Breville breadmaker bread roll recipe, and tie them in knots before I bake them. They are lovely, slightly sweet (they have a couple of tsps sugar in them) and an egg. I often get asked to take them to parties and dinners, so they are a hot favourite. i also do some cool Parmessan (sp) bread sticks, cornflake biscuits, chocolate muffins for lunches. Poster one, our kids think its wonderful to have home made lunches as the majority of kids have shop bought stuff!
