Baking with straight unsalted, blanched almonds..

can you do it? Is it best to boil and peel first or can you grind them as is and use in baking as is?

Your thoughts would be good as I have a few recipes to try out! Ty very Tarly :)

Blanched almonds are already peeled.

If you mean almonds with skins on, you can use them as is in many dishes, depending on the texture you want.There is no need to boil skin-on almonds - if you want to peel them just pour boiling water over, leave for about 10 minutes and slip the skins off.
