oh, you could invent a berries/choc chip muffin?? or mix with cream cheese n make pie cases with your pastry and make mini cheesecakes?

What about chocolate brownies with berries in. Mmmmm. I made some with blueberries and some with boysenberries. The boysenberry ones tasted blackforesty, yum.

Remember those Meat Pastry items, (Cornish Pastry Rolls) then roll out the pastry, place berries and choc chip onto the pastry, perhaps with a little bit of sugar and some (say) cinnamon or a similar spice (optional) then fold and crimp all edges, bake in oven at 180c until nicely browned and golden. Then sift a little bit of icing sugar over them and eat them hot or cold. Could be nice served with cream or ice cream also.
Hopes this makes sense but a "of the top of head" basic pronto recipe for you.
P.S. if one has a spare egg then perhaps brush edges prior to crimping and-or brush some on pastries before being baked.
