The tomato plants are in full swing.Has anyone got a simple pasta sauce type recipe I could try please.

chop tomatoes, courgettes, onion, add to pot with water and tomato paste. add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an hour. Nice nice nice as!!
You can add other bits to it as you like, mushrooms, caps, carrot, peas, corn etc
