Bourbon caramel sauce???

Have just made some mini xmas mince cheesecakes(AWW dec 2009) which I can freeze for xmas, and wondered if I make the sauce for them now, would it keep ok in the fridge until xmas day?? Ithas can conds milk and 1/4 cup boubon,butter and brown sugar in it. Tia

Yes, I would think so.Condensed milk freezes well on its own so I'm sure it will be fine in a sauce.It will not go frozen solid (the high sugar and alcohol content) but will be fine.

I think it would be perfectly fine. It will firm up somewhat but you can warm it gently before using.
