Creme caramel recipe

Does anyone one have a decedant recipe for creme caramel please.

marcs, here's a recipe from Trademe Cooks.....

"Creme Caramel
165g caster sugar;180ml water;6x eggs, lightly beaten;2 tbsp cornflour;150g caster sugar extra;35g cocoa;580ml milk;410ml thickened cream;90g amaretti biscuits, coarsley crushed; 2 tbsp dark rum. Combine sugar and water in a medium heavy-based pan, stir over heat without boiling until sugar is dissolved. Boil, uncovered, without stirring, until golden brown. Pour evenly into 6 ovenproof moulds (250ml capacity) Combine eggs, cornflour, extra sugar & sifted cocoa in large bowl, beat with electric mixer until frothy and thickened slightly. Stir in milk, cream, biscuits and rum. Pour custard into moulds. Place moulds in baking dish with enough boiling water to come half way up the sides of the moulds. Bake in mod slow oven (160c) about 1 hour or until just set. Remove moulds from water, cool; refrigerate overnight .Unmould and serve topped with chocolate coated coffee beans and mascarpone cheese dusted with cocoa. Makes 6.posted by cookessentials"
