Caramel Mud Cake. Yep. really yummy. I'm sure I made one similar at home a couple of years ago. I wonder if I still have the recipe.
I probably got it from here anyway, it's where I look to first for most any recipe I'm seeking. :)

I think this is the recipe I used if I remember correctly.

Caramel Mud Cake
185 grams unsalted butter, 150 grams white choc melts, 1-cup brown sugar, 1/3-cup golden syrup, 1-cup milk, 1 & 1/2-cup plain flour, 1/2 cup SR flour, 2 eggs lightly beaten. Combine, butter, chocolate, sugar, syrup, & milk in a medium pan; stir over low heat until choc is melted & sugar dissolved. Pour into large bowl & cool for 15 mins. Whisk in flour & eggs. Pour into 22cm lined tin. Bake 160*C 1hour 10 mins covering with tin foil 1/2 way thru cooking. Stand in pan 30 mins b4 turning out. Ice when cold with Ganache. 250 grams white choc & 1/3 cup thickened cream. Stir over low heat until smooth. Leave Ganache to stand until spreadable consistency.

The base is not chocolate but the caramel filling is to die for! You could use a different chocolate base if you preferred. I could eat this stuff non-stop if given the chance... ;-)

I was about to make a double batch of #13 cake but I only have 3T golden syrup, does anyone have suggestions what I can make with the other half of SCM? I don't want to waste it please.
