From the old Edmonds book: bubble logs: 25g butter 2 TBSPS honey 125g Brown sugar or 125g white sugar and 1tsp vanilla essence 4cups rice bubbles 1/2 cup coconut Place butter, sugar and honey in a lge saucepan and boil 5mins. Stir in vanilla(optional) coconut and rice bubbles, mix, press into a swiss roll tin while warm, leave to set.

Honey or Golden Syrup Rice Bubble Slice 125gr butter 125gr sugar 2TBSP Honey or G.S Boil gently 5 mins then add 4c Ricebubbles Pour into slice tin & cut while warm
