This is divine, easy peasy and very morish. 1 tin 4 bean, 1 tin chick peas, rinse and drain both tins. Cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes, feta cheese cubed, red onion (spring onion, garlic, parsley blanched green beans, snow peas... . as alternatives/extras) then mix up 4 tbsp olive oil. lemon juice from 1 lemon, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (or balsamic), corriander, 1 tsp wholegrain mustard, 1. 2 tsp sugar, salt & pepper. Pour over and let sit for 1 hour before serving. Enjoy :)
