Will it still whip for scones, if not can I use it to add to custard or will it curdle regardless.

Just seen previous post, some answers, but, can I add it to homemade custard. Wanna do apple crumble but do not want to waste time with useless cream.

Yes it will be fine to add to custard or anything else, I do. Not had any luck with whipping it after being frozen though.
