Does anyone have the recipe as demonstrated on the Choice TV show Cook the books for the Lamb with the Israeli couscous salad with roasted vegetables? Was cooked by the owners of the Akaroa Cooking School.

If no joy, I will see if I have taped that episode and note it down (so many programmes taped but need to be in the right mindset to watch some lol)
