Hi clever cooks!I am wondering if any of you have a recipe for the above! I live on my own & don't want my toms to go to waste but if I wait for the green ones to turn red, the red ones will be no good lol. Any and all ideas very welcome - thanks!

Umm - why not use the red ones now and then wait until the green ones are turning red!
You could make some salads too if you do not want to wait for enough to make it worthwhile to bottle.
If you cook them together the green ones will still be hard while the red ones will have turned to mush.
