I have a Panasonic SD 257 and from memory they usually win most of the tests in the past. They were unavailable for several years but back now. I make a Foccacia bread in that with a recipe from the Alison Holst bread bookthat has our friends asking for it over and over again -it takes less than 2 mins to put the ingredients for thatin the machine - even take it on holiday now!

I have just bought a panasonic for my DIL. Have had my old Breville for years, luv it, but was a real pain with the recipes as they weren't compatible with NZ measures.**The panasonic is I checked.**

PS on special at 100% got it for $190 which is a very good price.
