Does anyone have an easy recipe for mini quiches - possibly using asparagus but open to any ideas.Thanks

I just make a normal quiche and put in mini muffin tins or if for the family I do them in my texas muffin trays and wrap in glad wrap and freeze, when I need something else to go with our tea, I will use them.
