that I have madeevery year (30+) same tin, and this is the first year that it is not cooking right in the middle. Just given it another 30 mins. so worried the top is getting burnt, so put some brown paper on top.

left it in the oven(turned off) after 3.5hrs and went to bed. It was still warm this morning, so will just see what it is like when cut.Seems a bit crunchy on the top tho.
