Had the recentpleasure of returning to eat lunch at a Cafe from my student days .Pot Pourri vegetariancafe lower Stuart St Dunedin .alovely yet simple baked potato with threegarnishingsand salads ( 6 ) foronly $ 13! . would love to make at home but what spud do you buy these days to bake this way witha yummy thickskin.!

Thanks .Yum .made some for dinnergarnished withfinely grated cheese and sour cream with chives.nice crispy skins. Leftovers for tomorrow.
