Roast pork on special at Paknsave

I bought a 1.7kg middle pork,how long do I cook it,I only have a electric frypan.Also do I rub salt all over it then cover in cooking oil,thank you.

Not quite sure what you mean by a "middle" cut. Is it a rolled piece of pork with crackling!. Instructions for rolled pork loin as follows.

Score pork rind well in thin lines right around the pork. Rub with oil or marg (I actually prefer marg for pork crackling) and rub salt in well.
Preheat pan to 220c and place pork in uncovered to sear and get the crackling golden, then turn the temp down to around 170c (remove the pork while the temp lowers) and cook until done, oven roasting is usually around 25mins per 500gm, not sure with an electric pan, although I would assume it would be similar.

Thanks kinna,This piece of meat is real meaty looking but it only has a strip of about 5cm of pork rind.Will follow your instructions, thanks again.
