I am doing mine tonight with roast spud, carrots and peas, with gravy and apple sauce, normally we do roasted vege (kumera pumpkin parsnip etc) and cauli/brocolli, peas, corn, yams are really yummy with it too

Try it with sour cabbage and beer.
