Hi, just wondering best way to store the above.bought a wedge on special and want to keep it for awhile without it going off.Searched the net and didn't really find the answer I was after.In a sealed container, or in a snap lock bag!.your advice appreciated.thanks.Julie-

It will last ages in the fridge.I just wrap in glad wrap.

Not gladwrap! wrap it in wax paper (either wax or baking paper) and pop it in an open plastic zip bag this way it can still breath and wont sweat and go moldy. Google "how to store parm*" and you will see I am right.Cheese is a live organism, treat it right.
