Can some kind person please tell me how long will it keep in the fridgeafter opening the packet?

Depends how you keep it.

I would keep it in the brine - but I guess your packet has no brine in it?

(It wouldn't keep long in our fridge Lol ) But I usually wrap it back up in its packet and then wrap again in more wrapping, It is usually still nice when it is finished.

Make up a tempary brine say about 10 to 15 % salt to water, start at 10% and if a little bit strong to taste then add a wee bit of milk.

Only need enough to cover sides and the smaller the container - the better.

This is for storing in fridge.

I just keep mine in the packet, so it still has a bit of the brine with it, then put that into a plastic container with a lid, seems to keep for ages

i dont think it keeps well at all i have put it inolive oil and that helps will have to try brine

I wrap it tightly in foil in its original packaging, and this seems to give it a few days in the fridge opened.
