Has anyone got a recipe for Diebetic jam please strawberries gone mad too many to eat .Before the birds get them

Last year when I did this, I only put in 2/3 of the suggested amount of sugar and no water added. Came out fine. For the feijoa jam I only did half the quantity of sugar and that set OK. May have to boil a little longer as well.

have a look here I think there is a couple but generally I use less sugar and boil longer until it will set. Diabetic Baking: oops that didn't work too well will bump the thread

Use that stuff that looks like sugar but isn't.
