Im doing a boneless pork roast this weekend and havent done b4 ive only done chicken What combinations do pork go well with other than apple sauce lol Veges im sure are just roast veges but what flavourings/herbs and spices go well and for stuffing etc Thanks

Well it is the other white meat so you can use the same flavourings you use with chicken. For a stuffing I use sage and onion, garlic sometimes also takes fruit really well like apricot, apple, currants, etc etc
