We have quite a bit of food left from a party and I am supposed to be on a diet... ... . in the freezer would be a nice place instead of on the bench staring at me... . but would they survive?

justdelite, IMO hide that temptation away in the freezer - I have successfully frozen truffles of various types and they're just as good after being frozen and to be honest, they're not too bad whilst semi-frozen either (maybe you didn't need/want to know that though! ) :-))

Snap 245sam - that was just my thought! Yes you can freeze them but it doesn't solve the temptation problem as they are good straight from the freezer! ! !

I guess as long as I only go into the freezer once a day I should be ok - the amount of times I am in the kitchen... oh now that is so much more dangerous!
