no worries, it's a good course, not a lot to do with cupcake making but the skills you learn are the same you will need for cupcakes

Theres a new shop on Devon St West called it's "all about cakes" that sells cakes, decorating stuff and run courses...including cupcake decorating. Website www.allaboutcakes.co.nz

Thanks Flossy, I've just contact them now and it looks to be exactly what I'm looking for. Classes are dependant on numbers I think. Fingers crossed !!!
