We are having lamb koftas for dinner tonight and I am stuck for ideas of what to serve with them.

A couscous with lemon and pistachio would be nice, perhaps some warm pita bread, a tomato chutney and minted yoghurt.Otherwise a spicy rice dish and a green salad.

A cuucmber and yoghurt salad, a tomato, mint and onion salad, a Greek salad with tomato, onion, cucumber, mint and feta.Steamed spinach or silver beet dressed with lemon juice, olive oil and garlic.

Rice with a little mint stirred through at the end, tzaziki, grilled eggplant (drizzled in olive oil, salt & lemon juice) & a Tomato Salad with Feta & red onion more olive oil and oregano :-)

I usually have mine with homemade tabouli, hummus and toasted pita bread, yummy!
