Does anyone know if there is a manual available, got one for my birthday but have no idea how to operate it and there is no manual.

Manual??? Put dough in end, turn handle. Normally start on the thickest setting and feed through until about 3rd thinnest. If you want long noodles, then feed through the cutter.
