Doc has informed me i have low blood pressure, so I need to start eating low gi and increase my protein intake. Im after simple easy food ideas just to get me started, I have searched the internet a bit, but its almost like too much information to take it. (brain scramble) hehe, any ideas will be appreciated thanks!

Protein sources - eggs, meat, fish, fowl. There's a low GI thread over in the Health forum.

The bookshops and libraries have lots of very readable books on the subject.Look inside for date of publication and get the very latest.
Your brain could become even more scrambled if you read the conflicting ideas on here ;)

How interesting - mine is regularly 72/58 and no-one has ever mentioned eating more protein.
If you have high BP are people advised to reduce protein?
