A personal favourite of mine is Hai Phong Vietnamese, on Pearn Crescent in Northcote.

The one in Delta ave,New Lynn is clean,has great food and an A rating.It is very casual though, and I do recommend it.But if you are looking for upmarket dining, then this is not the place.
