What modifications to quantities do you need to make, if any?
I'm making instant pudding but someone cant have regular milk so was going to try and use soy milk for them...

Just use the same quantities of soy that you would cow's milk.It will turn out fine.

cool, I was worried that soy milk would be thick enough to help the pudding set

check ingredients on the pudding as it may also have dairy in it.

I did once and it didn't set . Not sure what brand of soy milk I tried at the time as they do differ.
