So this morning I woke up (reasonably hung over). I have just completed 4 months on sureslim and lost 11kgs. Stoked although it was the hardest diet I have ever tried!
However when I awoke seriously hungry this morning and my darling hubby had used all the milk for his morning coffee, I could not have my low GI cereal. I looked at my bare cupboard (food prices are redicilous) and thought about what I could chuck together.
I ended up getting a medium sized potatoe and put it in the oven. I then mixed 1can of Chopped Peeled tomatoes with basil and garlic and 1 can of sweet corn kernels. Once the potatoe was cooked I put the tomatoes and corn inside it, then I added a small can of tuna on top - topped it off with some grated cheese then back in the oven.
Delicious and very little fat as long as you don't put butter or sour cream on it!
A must try for families on budgets or hungover mornings!! :) Let me now if anyone tries it! :)
