apricot chicken. 1 tin apricots 1 onion sliced into rings thyme black pepper
blend apricots in juice til a nice sauce it made, add onions to the chicken pieces, add fresh or dried thymethen add apricot sauce and pepper. cook for 1 1/2 hrs at 180.

I cook up garlic, mushrooms, onions and bacon when cooked I add 2 T flour and one pkt of Sage and Onion gravy mix and use a 500ml bottle of cream, keep pouring in until nice and creamy, add S and P and shredded chicken. .
